岗位职责 Job Description:
1.深度分析市场份额及主要客户和渠道的经营状况 / Conduct deep dive analysis on market share, and business status on key accounts and channels;
2.监测渠道发展趋势,关注竞品动向,发现商业机会 / Monitor channel developing trend and competitor activities, identify business opportunities;
3.追踪主要客户和渠道的 KPI 完成情况 / Ensure KPI tracking of key accounts and channels;
4. 优化数据资源,提升数据效力 / Qualify and consolidate data resource to drive data effectiveness;
5.支持渠道销售政策的设计和优化 / Support channel sales policies design and optimization;
6.与总部和销售大区的相关部门保持密切联系,实现信息共享 / Keep close communication and information sharing with related functions in HQ and sales clusters.
专业资质描述 Professional Requirements:
1.形成主要客户和渠道的月度商业分析报表 / Monthly business analysis report on key accounts and channels;
2.形成 PMR 报告,特定的和定期的市场及竞品分析报表 / PMR, ad hoc and regular market and competitor analysis reports;
3.更新重点客户和渠道的月度积分卡 / Monthly scorecards of key accounts and channel s are up to date;
4.针对主要客户、渠道和竞品建立实时且有效的数据库 / Data pool of key accounts, channels, and competitors are valid and up to date;
5.关于销售政策的一线反馈和市场洞察 / Frontline feedbacks and market insights for sales policies;
6.实现相关部门的数据和信息同步 / Data and information synchronization of related departments.
